You Can Lose Weight With Hypnosis

How many times have you "lost" weight, only to "find" it again? (Maybe you even "found" a few extra pounds along the way.) Are you ready to stop playing lost-and-found with those unwanted pounds and inches and begin to safely, easily, and permanently release weight? Hypnosis can help!

Contrary to what we've seen in the movies, hypnosis is an alert, aware, 100% natural state of mind. It's the same state of mind you go into when you drive right past your exit on the highway, or when you daydream. You are always in control. Nobody will be invited to cluck like a chicken, dance the hula, or perform any "stunts" (we promise).

This session will include a full explanation of what hypnosis is and how it works. You will learn about many of the old "programs" overweight people may be running on, and learn several easy tips that can help you get back into shape. You will also experience a hypnosis session designed to help you get back in touch with your body, eat the correct amount of food, and drink the correct amount of water.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow and blanket to make yourself more comfortable during the hypnosis session (you can use the pillow and blanket from your room- no need to bring one from home). All participants are required to fill out a short permission form prior to the session(forms will be available at registration).

Self-hypnosis CD's will be available during the conference at a special price, and are highly recommended for ongoing support.
