Ms. Harlan will give a brief history of the development of economic opportunities by the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and then discuss the innovative benefits and programs designed to provied advancement and educational opportunities for tribal members. During the discussion, Ms. Harlan will present true life stories of success and a few "what ifs" for participants to ponder.
