Karen Crubaugh was born in Greenville, Michigan, the oldest of three children. She and her husband, Michael Crubaugh, have four children, ages 17 to 27.
Karen graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1978 with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. She has worked at various hospitals around the country in Obstetrics’ and Medical Surgery.
Karen has been employed at Murphy Medical Center, in Murphy, NC since 1987. She is presently a nurse in the Endoscopy Lab.
Her hobbies are gardening, spinning, knitting, stain glass, watercolors, riding horses, swimming and yoga.
