Natalie Smith is an entrepreneur on the Qualla boundary (her home and birthplace).
She spent the first half of her life growing up in the progressive and liberating environment of Chapel Hill NC while her amazing mother went to medical school.
She went to College at ECU and WCU and graduated with a degree in Art Education.
She currently shows her work mainly as an installation artist and continues to develop her art career while running a partnership business in coffee roasting and distributing.
She is a member of the eastern Cherokee tribe and a mother of one boy, one man, and 3 dogs, and continues to be involved in the development and progression of her community.
