Patricia Shields, born and raised in the mountains, has had the desire to help the sick since she was a child.
The Whole Store on Hwy 64 West in Murphy, NC was born from this desire in 1988. Owned and managed by Patricia and her husband, and run with the help of a loving, caring, knowledgeable staff, many have learned the value of natural remedies and good, quality food.
In 2007 “Backyard Remedies” DVD series was born and is available at The Whole Store or online at www.backyardremedies.net.
