2008 MWDC Scholarship Information

Please provide the following information to apply for a scholarship. Note that all scholarships are limited and applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

To Apply for a Scholarship

1. Call our offices at the number above to receive a Registration Form.

2. Submit the Registration Form (and be sure to indicate that you will need a     scholarship). Then, send a check or money order to:

3. Complete the MWDC Scholarship Application.
